Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage staff licenses, health insurance, vehicle roadworthiness, and vehicle/motor insurance.
  • Support the human resources department during job advertisements.
  • Work with the accounting department to facilitate payments, process invoices, and verify receipts.
  • Maintain office assets and procure new equipment.
  • Help organize company events.
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and manage inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure sufficient supply levels.
  • Establish and maintain a filing system for important and confidential documents.
  • Monitor employee attendance and ensure compliance with attendance policies.
  • Assist in reviewing and processing staff medical claims.
  • Ensure resources for new hires are prepared before interviews.

Requirements and Skills

  • 3 years of experience as an HR/Admin Officer or HR Administrative Assistant.
  • Knowledge of the Labor Act.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or Business Administration from a recognized university.
